If you think you’ve left an item behind on one of our services, please complete our online Lost Property form and a member of the team will be in touch directly to help.
All lost property will be kept for 4 weeks and there will be a fee of £2 to collect items. There will be no fee to collect Scottish National Entitlement Cards.
Attendance at the department to collect an item is by pre-arranged appointment only – please do not go to the department if you’ve not been given a collection date/time by a member of the team.
