Lothian is currently in the process of retrofitting Audible and Visual Next Stop Announcements on all buses within our fleet, in line with current Public Service Vehicle Accessibility Regulations (PSVAR). These announcements are intended to give all customers the information that they need to travel independently with confidence.
We are also retrofitting Hearing Loops on our vehicles, which will cover the boarding platform as well as the priority seating and wheelchair accessible space/s.
